The Quality Control Tours tab lists both completed and created quality control tours.
Overview
The first table lists all completed, created, and prepared quality control tours.
The status indicates the current status of the quality control tour. The following statuses are possible:
- Created: As soon as a one-time quality control tour has been saved, it is displayed in the overview with the status Created. Tours with this status are not visible in the app.
- Ready: When a one-time quality control tour is approved, it is displayed in the overview as Ready. If a quality control tour template has the Auto. create type During starting, a new tour with this status is always generated after the template is created and after each execution. Tours with this status are displayed in the app.
- Waiting for review: If a quality control tour has been performed in the app, it receives this status. In such quality control tours, comments can still be added later in the Cockpit. If there are no additions, such quality control tours can be closed using the Complete button.
- Completed: If a quality control tour has been performed in the app, checked in the Cockpit, and closed, it receives this status.
The overview summarizes the results for each QC tour:
- Quality score (%) - score defined in the template (optional)
- AQL(%) - archieved score (optional)
- Areas to check - total number of areas scheduled for control or controled during inspection
- Complaints - total number of complaints filed$Comments - number of comments stored
Via the three-dot menu behind a quality control tour, you can view the results in detail and, if necessary, add comments, download a PDF with the detailed results (only for tours with the status Completed and Waiting for review), or delete the QC tour (possible for all statuses).
For one-time quality control tours, the three-dot menu allows you to edit them again (e.g., adjust names and basic settings), assign areas (adjust filter settings), or delete them.
