Messages can be sent to cleaners via the app messages function.

App messages

App messages can be viewed and created under the App Functions menu item under the App messages tab.

To create a message, click + Create app message. The following window will open:

Here you have to enter the following information:

Field	Choices and description
Type	Tour start: the message appears at the start of the tour. Tour end: The message appears at the end of the tour. Tour start and end: The message appears at both tour start and tour end.
Deputy mode	None: Will not be displayed in the deputy mode First tour: Will be displayed to the first deputy All tours: Is displayed to all deputies
Cleaning tour	The desired tour must be selected here.
Message	You can enter your message here. You can underline them with emojis. By clicking with the right mouse button in the Messages field, a new window opens in which you can access the emojis.

As soon as everything has been entered, click on Save.

The message you have just created now appears in the list:

By clicking on the three dots at the end of the line, the message can be edited or deleted.

View in the app

In the example here, the message is to be sent to the cleaner at the end of the tour.

As soon as the cleaner has finished the tour in the app, the following message appears:
